01. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on the actual weight, volume, or additional services requested on the day of the move. We pride ourselves on offering the best rates in town with total transparency.

02. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready for transport unless packing services have been specifically requested. Please ensure clear access to both the pickup and delivery locations.

03. Protection and Liability

Howard’s Moving Company provides top-of-the-line home protection, including floor and door guards. While we handle every item with professional care using stretch film and moving blankets, our liability is limited to the terms of the specific moving valuation selected.

04. Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential fees.

05. Service Area

We specialize in moves within The Woodlands and beyond, covering both local and long-distance relocations.
